IT’S MARATHON DAY!
Marathon day has arrived! Forecast for the start is a chilly 26 degrees.
Here’s what I had for breakfast:
5:35 am – 3 cinnamon raisin English muffin halves each topped with 1 T. strawberry preserves, and a banana. So far I drank about 16 ounces of water, 8 ounces of PowerBar Ironman Perform, and I’m finishing up my morning coffee. This meal provides 126 grams of carbohydrates.
I plan to alternate between drinking water and the Ironman Perform throughout the morning.
