Jackie Dikos is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with over 20 years of experience. She holds specialized certifications as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) for more than 15 years, as well as a Lifestyle Eating and Performance Therapist (CLT). Passionate about holistic wellness, Jackie is also an active member of the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine.

Jackie offers personalized nutrition coaching and education to individuals seeking guidance in sports and fitness nutrition, mineral dysregulation, food sensitivities, and overall health and wellness. With clinical experience, she has worked with a wide range of medical conditions across infant, child, and adult populations. Jackie provides tailored support to athletes at every level, from professionals to beginners.

As a speaker, she addresses topics such as nutrition, health, wellness, and exercise in various settings, including professional conferences, sports teams, and corporate wellness programs. ​In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jackie is an accomplished athlete herself, having competed in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Team Trials in the marathon and Mt. Rainier summit. She is also an experienced snow skier, certified scuba diver, mom of competitive athletes, and restaurant owner. Her athletic background, paired with her certifications, gives her a unique and insightful approach to nutrition.
